RP diet increased my blood sugar to about 104-5.
Carnivore lowered it.
Carbs gave me hot flushes.
Carnivore, zero.
I will see how I do on adding carbs thanks to high thiamin... but for sure sweating and more body pains (lactate, don't always blame cortisol).
