Must be taken in olive oil or mct otherwise it is toxic. I used to take them and had euphoric, awake feeling but not in a serotonin kind of way. I am concerned that the body cannot really get rid of them so I stopped. I have heard that they are apparently very good antivirals.
Another scary aspect of them is that they are a common industrial pollutant and can bind to all kinds of toxic crap and then be ingested.
