So I'm the guy a while back that posted my success raising androgens using Pregnenolone, Dhea, k2 topically on the balls. Although it gave me some improvements I have one problem that remains.. I can't cum. Like at all. I've had on and off ED issues for several years and so I have been taking 5mg Cialis before sex with my girlfriend. Long story short we literally had sex for 4.5 hours and I didn't cum once... My **** and brain seem very disconnected (lack of sensitivity). TO BE CLEAR: I do not take any steroids anymore as my hormones all are at good levels without them. So what gives? Any ideas?

High prolactin and low sympathetic tone can do that. Did you take any supps beforehand?

Yup seconding this, you must have your prolactin out of whack

Have you ever checked your iron status ? Prolactin and dopamine are antagonist and you need good iron metabolism to make dopamine

I associate this with high serotonin and/or low histamine.

Raising histamines always improves my libido / erection quality / general arousal and lowers the time needed to reach orgasm.

Lowering serotonin should help with restoring sensitivity to stimuli.

Iron is good
Prolactin could be elevated but I did take androsterone which is supposed to lower it

Any favorite stacks to do this?

To raise histamine :vitamin B3, beef as main Protein, lotsa zinc and histidine, low copper diet, lower calcium intake
be sure to get enough folates (cooked greens and fruits for exemple)
some p5p

by doing so you ’ll lower serotonin as its one of the function of histamine

reducing gut Irritation will lower serotonin too

you can try to raise acetyclcholine too to antagonize epinephrine /norepinephrine
B1 and eggs and zinc

You can react badly to dairy and gluten too
be sure to get enough sun/ luminosity

you checked transferrin saturation ?

i think you should get your diet cleaned and do extended bloods before Playing with some androsterone or others

if you cant finish when **** so yeah prolactin is too high its a fact
prolactin Should be single digit

vitamin E (800ui) and B6 (100-200mg p5p) ED can lower prolactin in SOME people too

otherwise you would check with MRI, and think about cabergoline maybe

Cialis
Also this past time I took a bit of androsterone to lower prolactin
No change
Cialis can prevent PE, so it could have contributed.
Andro is also pro-GABA and GABA inhibits sensation and ejaculation. Andro is also not very good at lowering prolactin.

Acetylcholine prevents ejaculation, and the catecholamines promote ejaculation. So something more stimulating, such as yohimbine should help more.

The answer is clear as hans said, your sympathetic tone is low like super low. So probably a combination of high serotonin, high gaba.

But what avenue of attack should you take to fix this as there are multiple. For starters, I think the easiest thing is to try to take vitamin C in highish doses as it is a cofactor for norepinephrine synthesis (which promotes ejaculation). If your vitamin C intake is otherwise low it will help.

Taking hormones doesn't really help your body help itself so to speak... B-vitamins, zinc help lower serotonin (especially B2). Zinc is tricky as it is cholinergic so may not lower ejaculation time but in your case I actually think it will as it speeds up the metabolism, and is anti-serotonin, anti-gaba mineral. Also if high prolactin as part of your problem, zinc will definitely improve it as zinc is a strong prolactin inhibitor. Histadelics easily orgasm, and as youngsinatra said you probably will benefit from histamine raising substances. Niacinamide, folate rich diet are the safest routes to raise histamine.

So in short, B-complex, extra niacinamide, folate rich diet, zinc, vitamin C (to increase synthesis of norepinephrine).

i don’t understand well the norepinephrine thing

isn‘t high norepinephrine state preventing erections by restricting peripheral blood flow ?
high histamine leads to lowered NE and higher peripheral blood flow/NO no ? plus the anti serotonin effect

like ok nerepinephrine can help finish but of it prevents erection by too low blood flow and Stressed State or so, i dosnt matter of you can finish or no

Excess norepinephrine (due to stress of any kind) does kill erections but you still need norepinephrine (sympathetic activation) to ejaculate. If your sympathetic activation is low it will take forever to ejaculate or you wont even be able to like OP.

Yeah the Sandro was just a one time deal. Had this issue before starting andro. I was not aware that it wasn't that good at lowering prolactin though... I thought it was fairly good at that. Do you think 11keto DHT would do better?

I doubt you need anything other than aspirin, boron, and p5p (B6 variant). Aspirin for superior blood flow to junior, boron for.. potential hormone optimization (controversial but may raise DHT), and p5p for godlike prolactin suppression (even used in emergency by bodybuilders to tame side effects of cabergoline).

However, you may need selenium. With enough selenium, there will generate maximal fluid in the sacc, and with enough fluid, your bag will be big and blue, and there should typically be only one solution (volcanic eruption).
