Canned Sardines That Include Brains?

Are there any brands of canned sardines or similar small fish that include the brains and fish organs? Those are the best parts!

Very small fish cannot believe cleaned easily and ends up being eaten whole - often after a long fast / purge. Canned sardines are large enough to clean out. Some Mediterranean fish and anchovies are consumed whole.
