Can You Get Thyroid From Eating Canned Sardines?

    I’m trying to eat whole fish and heads for thyroid would canned sardines or oysters contain some thyroid or other useful nose to tail compounds?

    Maybe @haidut would know I recently saw you and Danny talk about fish heads and thyroid looked hard for evidence on thyroid and sardines

    Canned = high metal.
    also the oil in it is sunflower oil? = high omega 6 (inflammatory)

    You think so - what aluminum? I been eating canned oysters for a long time, maybe I gotta switch, but they are so much cheaper.

    You can usually find most canned fish in olive oil.

    people who have a nickel allergy as food allergy (not contact allergy) cant eat canned food because the nickel gets into the food.
    also people eat loads of canned foods has lot if iron in blood.
