I don't like the raw carrot salad, and I feel better on well cooked button mushrooms.

Can well cooked mushrooms be used every day instead of raw carrot salad?

Would it be safe to eat well cooked mushrooms every day for years (decades)?

I eat mushrooms everyday over a year now and they still don't compare to the lightness and clearheadedness I feel from eating a carrot salad.

I guess it's different for everyone.
