Go to sea food joints. There's usually some sort of platter deal for a lobster claw, four raw oysters, and four raw clams, or whatever. Get that and wash it down with a beer and two cokes.

only really good croissants are made with butter. Almost all of them are made with veggie oil unless they are very high quality.
I checked the croissant ingredients in my two closest supermarkets recently, made with butter and no soy.

Locust bean gum or carageenan...cheesecake is a big no no
I also checked the ingredients on a good-looking cheesecake locally too - gelatine, no carrrageenan or other gums. The thin crust under it was made of wheaty biscuits that probably have a bit of oil in them, but that part would be easily avoided.
