Which D3 do you use? Oral/topical? How much k2 do you take with the 5000iu D3?
I was taking Solaray brand capsules, the D3 5000and K2 50 was in the same capsule. however they were out of it last time, so here in Canada we cant buy more than 2500 per pill, so I take 2. I do skip days here and there. i think its important to do that, to kinda reset the receptors. my doctor suggested that. fyi

Thanks. 50mcg of k2 is very little. Surprised it made a massive difference!

I eat a lot of foods high in K2 as well, i am age 62, and I have the skeleton of a 25 year old my doctor said! thanks to supplementation and HRT, I have avoided bone loss and shrinking like most menopausal women!

in order to get your levels of D up you have to take D3 with K2, and take at least 5000 a DAY. it took me a year to get it up to optimum. i hover between 87 to 120 now. I dont go outside in the sun as I work from home all day, and cant take the heat anyway.
I've been taking 3mg K2 and 10,000iU vit D daily for over 6 months and my level is only 40 ng/mL. I think I'm going to need something like 14,000 or 15,000 to get it to 50 or 60.
