Can someone intelligent figure this out? Does Nicotine inhibit LPS and Nitric Oxide?

It inhibits the increase in nitric oxide caused by LPS. This is in vitro though and I don't know how the concentration used would translate to a dose of nicotine. It does mention that a high concentration is required so it might be way more than you could ever realistically supplement.
