Can someone help me with these results? How to raise Fe/Cu?

Hi friends,

These are my mineral results from the nail test. Would love some thoughts specifically how these could influence hair health. I have chronic TE, and early greying.

Sticking out to me is the low selenium, high copper, and low Fe/Cu ratio.

In blood tests my transferrin saturation was high and iron high-ish. However here it seems like my iron is rather low.

I'm guessing iron is struggling to get into the cell, which could explain the hair shedding? My ceruloplasmin has come in as low before which i believe is also responsible for iron transport as well as copper: The role of ceruloplasmin in iron metabolism - have spent time trying to raise ceruloplasmin but not noticing a difference.

Any ideas on how to improve the Fe/Cu ratio? I eat a lot of red meat.

And should i be trying to lower copper?
