Can Someone Explain NAD+/NADH Ratio To Me In A Digestible Way?

    higher NADH suggests that oxphos has not taken place ie NADH from krebs has not been turned into NAD+ and thus respiration did not occur. this would mean a lower NAD:NADH ratio (NAD lower than NADH) and suggest lower energy state and thus disease state.

    Does supplementing with NAD help? I ran across a supplemental B complex that has NAD as well as niacinamide ascorbate and niacin.
