Can PUFA be a big problem for people with <12% bodyfat anymore?

So for anyone with low-ish bodyfat (8-13%) who has been eating low PUFA for over 1 year (say ~3-6g pufa/day), would PUFA content in the body be a considerable problem anymore, or can a person still have significant amount of PUFA in tissue, like brain and skin for example? Just wondering how long can a lean person have pufa in tissue after going low pufa.
And are there any studies or theories of how brain levels of pufa are affected, does it take longer or shorter time for that tissue to saturate? High brain PUFA is probably very bad for mood, anxiety, adhd etc

The number I heard is 4 years but I really don't know if there is any truth behind that. As long as you feel fine and are keeping it low, I wouldn't worry too much about it
