I have powdered dhea, and it dissolves quite well in MCT oil, which is part of coconut oil. My assumption is that if you heat up a coconut oil mixture a bit and stir it, it will dissolve, but I can't confirm from personal experience. MCT is great though

Yes, it is soluble in oils as well as DMSO, ethanol and other organic solvents.
