Can I Substitute Meat For Amino Acids?

I was thinking about eating a lot of more greek yogurt and orange juice and filling my protein requirements with the list of aminoacids posted by haidut, taurine, NAC and some others. How do you see it? Can it be safe long-term?

No, not long term, but to improve health and digestion it can be useful for the short term; months at a time, or perhaps to replace 1 meal. You always will want to get the the point of getting most of your needs met from whole foods. You'll find that if you're just eating greek yogurt you'll get sick of it eventually anyway.
