So I have seen it mentioned on this forum that Vitamin E can deplete Vitamin K. There is data supporting this, but I am not sure if it is K2, or just K1. Anyway, does the Alpha tocopherol do this, or would a high GAMMA product apply as well ?
You may have seen this but Haidut posted this in 2013: α-Tocopherol does not accelerate depletion of γ-tocopherol and tocotrienol or excretion of their metabolites in rats. - PubMed - NCBI.
There's a short discussion in the comments of whether esterified natural alpha or synthetic alpha depleted gamma in another study.
