Can Gamma And Alpha Tocopherol Deplete Vitamin K, Or Does Alpha Deplete K Only ?

So I have seen it mentioned on this forum that Vitamin E can deplete Vitamin K. There is data supporting this, but I am not sure if it is K2, or just K1. Anyway, does the Alpha tocopherol do this, or would a high GAMMA product apply as well ?

There's a short discussion in the comments of whether esterified natural alpha or synthetic alpha depleted gamma in another study.

No, I meant if both Alpha and Gamma deplete Vitamin k ? Or just the alpha does ?

I would bet on both,it has to do with the trafficking and bottleneck type of issues iirc.

..MK4 seems to be more resistant to depletion iirc, because it is the final form and does not need to be recycled.
