I really wonder, its a fact companies have been hidding MSG by the name natural flavoring. Its also a fact they can say MSG free by using hydrolized yeast that also has free glutamic acid and also hidding that under the label "natural flavoring". They can use many other different names to hide an ingredient.

Other alternatives are almost endless, there may be autolyzed yeast, hydrolyzed pea protein, carrageenan, sodium caseinate, enzymes, and a whole slew of other ingredients that contain or create processed free glutamic acid (MSG) during manufacture.

By hydrolizing protein or yeast who knows if that becomes just as dangerous as caaragenan.
