Calcirol - Liquid Vitamin D3

Just bought this. Gonna be doing my own version of estroban (equivalent dosages). Retinil, difibron, kuinone and calcirol. It's been expensive assembling all of these kingpins together, but hopefully they should all last quite a while at the 'estroban dosage protocol'.

Difibron, retinil and calcirol each morning. Kuinone always last thing at night (sedative and sleep promoting).

Supreme health, here I come.

Robert, Do you really find topical Kuinone sedating?

Is there any value in taking a little Calcirol each day if one's D levels are already at around 60?
I see several posts about the many benefits of Vit D.
I use Mercola's old Sunsplash lamp (not for sale any more on Mercola's site) each day in the winter.
I stopped taking Vit D supplements/5000 IUs daily a few months ago.

Isn't this product excessively priced? It's $25 for 6 milligrams of Vitamin D.
