I only did it for a couple days, and from what I can tell, it was good. I stopped because I was hoping to get clarification from Ray Peat if niacin was OK compared to niacinamide.

This might be off topic but RP is one of the most humble guys i have met. He has answered several of my emails but when I asked him about his newsletter and subscribing he never responds to that question. I also asked for a consultation but he again provided no details.

    Two questions

How Do i subscribe, can I use pay Pal and is there anyway to get back issues of 2013 as they are not posted on his site.

Also how do you set up a consultation. I heard that it costs roughly 70 or 75 for an hour

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide on the topic
