Something I forgot to mention, but I think is relevant, is that I typically eat 2700-3200 calories a day, (3200 if I lift weights, which I do, twice a week). Yesterday I checked my chronometer and I ate 4200 calories. This is easily the most I’ve ever eaten, and I never felt stuffed, or felt I forced food. Just kinda emphasizes the need for fuel on a gram of caffeine.
