haidut, did you suggest something like 300 mgs of caffeine a day from studies you have viewed? I am trying to figure out how much caffeine I am getting a day to see if maybe I should get some more.

The study on life extension said 200mg every 4-6 hours. Other studies used different amounts for different purposes. For me, 200mg every couple of hours works just fine without bringing in a stress reaction.

From personal experience it feels like it does increase prolactin for me. Perhaps it is related to liver health and how well you tolerate caffeine.
