Every time i drink coffee i notice increase joint pain, how longer i take it, how more its hurts.
When i switch from coffee to caffeine i had the same issues.
(even when i take it correctly with ton of carbs)

I wondering if this one of the symptoms you got in the beginning when starting to take caffeine.
Like jitters, adrenaline etc etc and will go away when the body is used to it?
Or shouldn't caffeine be doing this?

when i did a quick google search i found some websites that are telling caffeine cause inflammation.
Other websites saying the opposite.
Confusing....

i cant find any topic about it here in this forum so probaly i am the only one.
Maybe a allergic reaction to caffeine? is that possible?

I do good on caffeine alone, but coffee gives me joint pains. I think its the niacin which drops bp/cortisol and causes the inflammation.
