Butter causing dry skin?

It has some A vitamin. Pasteurization and homogenization may also contribute.

no dry skin from eating liver but eating liver wont fix the dry skin either starch or butter are my suspects

connection between starch and dry skin?
I would suspect dairy cause I’ve seen your posts regarding milk too. My dry and red skin has improved drastically since stopping dairy. Could be casein, hormones, lactose , vitamin a overload, etc.

seems milk n starch have the same afffect

The milk fat and butter do temporary mositurise the skin I can feel the sebum..
