Bumpy Skin And White Fish/Iodine

The more white fish (in my case, alaska pollack/"Alasa-Seelachs", German) I consume, the "bumpier" my facial skin is. It's not acne, no redness, no breakouts; just bumpy to the touch. It's actually barely visible too.

Is this an allergy? Or is it the iodine? Any experience with this?
I don't want to give up white fish completly, as I believe it is nutritious, and the iodine may benefit us.
