Bruising Easily From Asprin

I find that if I take an asprin daily that I start to bruise for no reason and get purple spots (Petechiae?). Looking for options to strengthen my blood vessels. From what I can see Vitamin K is a good place to start. Any other insight?

Note - I am celiac and have hashimotos. I typically take selenium, taurine, B1, B3, and an asprin three times a week. Daily synthroid and Benedryl.

Definitely vitamin K2.
1 mg for every 325mg of aspirin is what I (try to) do.

When I took lots of aspirin I noticed bruising on my legs. I was taking K by mouth, but when I began applying the K topically (as recommended elsewhere on this forum) with a little olive oil, the bruising stopped literally overnight. Now I do both, take some K by mouth, and more topically. I have noticed an increase in nosebleeds (mild ones) with long term aspirin use, that K hasn't stopped. So that may be something else.

Thanx everyone. Glad to know I’m on the right track. I ordered some from idealabs recently- just waiting to receive (mail has been a bit slow recently).
