Everyone knows about Brain Supplements.
There was one time in the past where I was taking some of them and it was incredible how my memory, my speech, my thinking process, everything regarding mental activity was so clear, smooth, sharp and enriched. It felt like I was another person.

What do they do? How do they work?

The supplements I was taking were these:

ERGYFOSFORYL

The first one seems to be mainly focused on fish oils and the second one on extract of Bacopa (whatever this is).

I have to ask now if is there any other way to achieve this mental clarity without these kind of supplements?

I think bacopa is a sort of adaptogen. The other ingredients seem to focus on energy production and mitochondrial health. Some of the fats used can have cholinergic effects, in other words an excitatory effect on parts of the nervous system. Some of these ingredients are harmful, some healthful.

Thyroid, methylene blue, theanine, and caffeine are all Peaty supplements with nootropic effects. Theacrine is worth looking into. It would be helpful to generally increase your energetic potential.

Interesting. Thanks! :)

But, with foods only, it is basically impossible, right?
