Edit: I read this study a month ago but never posted.

I wanted to conclude that it was EMF from the phone that was causing lower test scores, but the phone being off didn't seem to have an effect.

Of course they say that the problem is because the phone is a distraction.

I accidentally threw mine in the pool last week. Gonna try to go back to a flip phone. Been trying to convince myself to do that for over 2 years now. And I'm not alone. I think Cal Newport's work has only given the movement more momentum.
