Our office has been really cold so my boss has hired these large diesel heaters to put in our office.

Please note all our windows are closed and the exhaust (no smell) is released into our office. Should I be worried about Carbon Monoxide poisoning? What should I say or do?

I don't know. Get a detection device maybe. Sounds unpleasant though.

What the ****. I'm pretty sure that's a violation of several points of work safety & human health standards. Film it & threaten legal action.

As far as I know most of these are for outdoor use only or require the exhaust fumes to be ventilated properly.
