I just started working out again and feeling a little more anxious than normal (usually I have no anxiety and I'm an absolute $avage)

This drives me CRAZY because DHT makes me more social and chill but my face doesn't look as good

Increasing T from muscle feels good and makes my face look good but I can tell its increasing serotonin and its not making me as chill

Its DIFFICULT for me to remain DHT dominant while increasing T from working out

It is what it is - I REALLY TRIED being a HIGH-DHT Nice guy but these girls really want an absolute $avage High T JamesGatz

Thanks, man. One can only have high DHT if one has high T since only about 10% of T is converted to DHT.
I rather think that exercise, depending on how intense you do it and how well-fed you are, can become stressful which explains the issues. For example, intense exercise can increase serotonin and even cause leaky gut, which allows endotoxins to be absorbed. Too intense exercise will also drop one's testosterone-to-cortisol ratio. So I'd rather say it's perhaps the specific kind of exercise done a certain way that's becoming the issue. Not the increase in T.
