Everything that’s improves blood flow and / or Lymphatic flow improves my symptoms.
but I have the feeling it is not enough to just for example go jogging once a day (which I don’t do of course ). Everything that helps improving circulation only helps for short time, but then again I sit in the office all day and after that I sit a lot too because of my hobby’s and it comes back.
Any ideas how to keep it up even when working
