Yeah definitely. It helps me to stay lean during my bulk. My health, digestion and bowel movement are pretty good and I think it helps a lot. It's the first time that I'm able to stay lean during a caloric surplus. It's not the magic bullet to lean bulk, but I do feel it helps a lot. Most issues originate from the gut so I try to take very good care of my gut and keep it as clean as possible.Do you notice a difference with it? What are the effects?
It won't do much if I still eat gut irritating and hard to digest foods though.
I take it pre workout and before bed.
