Do you notice a difference with it? What are the effects?
Yeah definitely. It helps me to stay lean during my bulk. My health, digestion and bowel movement are pretty good and I think it helps a lot. It's the first time that I'm able to stay lean during a caloric surplus. It's not the magic bullet to lean bulk, but I do feel it helps a lot. Most issues originate from the gut so I try to take very good care of my gut and keep it as clean as possible.

It won't do much if I still eat gut irritating and hard to digest foods though.

I take it pre workout and before bed.

I'm assuming your using tribulus for lower cortisol and dht? How does it compare to andro you didn't mention that as a supplement are you still taking it

Would be interested to see if tribulus does boost DHT with bloods as proof and if so by what mechanism

I’m guessing from my explosion in strength, muscle density, and hardness, and muscle pumps pretty much every time I workout (calisthenics), which I do daily, because I’m certified addicted to the pump and I really want to progress to really cool tricks, that I’ve boosted my androgens. The only obstscle I have left to tackle is dropping about 10 lbs of fat, as I’m sitting around 16% bf, but I refuse to calorically deprive myself to drop.

All I did was increase meat and egg consumption and lower starch. Keep the fruit and sugar to appetite, and I’ve just rolled with cravings since. My whole philosophy is eating whatever the hell sounds tasty from a range of mostly natural but at times unnatural sources as well (white toast is my favorite starch, and I incorporate soda daily).

The biggest thing I’ve learned so far is to avoid bloat at all costs, and I’ve gotten much better at whether a food will give me pure energy and strength or just bloat and cause problems, and this changes based on time of day, activity, and food I’ve consumed in the past.

I may also be cheating a bit because I use pansterone daily, but I love the smell and feel of it so much idgaf. I do think my increase in meat and egg consumption and decrease in starch is more responsible though.

I’ll be so happy once I get the front level, planche, dragón fly, and flag pole down =)

Accomplishing my first pistol squat was a very awesome dopamine release. Setting goals and driving towards them, and then achieving them, is truly what makes life amazing.

How much preg and dhea do you take in a day? How much carbs do you consume daily?

I use about 4 drops daily, so 5mg of each. I honestly consider it more of a cologne lol I put it on my wrists and neck and then just pleasantly enjoy the smell, but it for sure has relaxant effects the longer I've used it. I try not to go overboard with it, so I usually use it post workouts, when I'm all showered and clean and what not.

I don't count my carbs, but this has been my eating schedule that has been working relatively well, I still am not completely fine tuned with my pre-bed meal, as I've been waking up too early hungry, meaning I underfed the day prior, but in all other aspects it's been working, and I'm closer and closer to iterating on the final solution.

Breakfast: 2-3 cups of 1% milk with melted bitter chocolate and sugar to taste, oj as well until satiated with both, probably around 400-500 calories in total

Lunch: 6 pieces of buttered toast, sometimes with sugar and cinnamon (just depends on mood), 100-200 grams of cod/salmon with lemon juice mixed in, cup of corn, diced tomatoes, Mexican cola/jarritos strawberry soda (fruit punch is better, but unfortunately they don't sell in liter bottles, so it's less economical)/oj (choice of liquid depends on mood) ~ 700-800 calories

Snack: Coffee with 1% milk and sugar to taste, plain yogurt mixed with cherry jam to taste, oj ~ 300 calories

Dinner: Usually lots of meat with minimal starch, rotation between pork chops/chicken thighs/beef tacos. I usually spruce up these meals with a sauce of some sort (Frank's buffalo sauce for chicken, salt/pepper/garlic/onion seasoning for pork/beef, salsa with beef, onions with all the meats), soda to drink ~500-600 calories

pre-bed: 3-6 eggs, 2-4oz cheese, buttered toast, couple slices of tomato, a cup or so of 1% milk mixed with nesquik strawberry syrup ~300-500 calories

I occasionally like drinking some lemon water, or munching on almonds, celery sticks, bell peppers, cucumbers

Calories are just rough estimates, I don't really track and I eat until I'm satisfied and I try to not push what my stomach can handle or eat something I'm not in the mood for.

Looks tasty, though I would eliminate and then re-introduce corn, wheat, and yoghurt to see my reaction to them. One at a time.

Not eating them is also an option, without ever introducing again.

For sure, you have to see what works for you. White rice and potatoes for me as a daily starch staple just produced so much inflammation and bloat. I'm not quite sure why white bread is fine for me, but it works. Corn too. I like corn, very tasty. Beef with corn tortillas and salsa and soda.... I think I know what I'm having for dinner lol

You might be reacting to the glycoalkaloids in the potatoes. I also get inflammation from potatoes so I never eat them.

If I were to eat bread, I would try to eat the ones that were made with the natural old methods (sourdough, fermented in time); not the instant ones. Though I know the toast breads are very convenient and easy to prepare.

Why are you choosing a low carb dinner?

It's what feels natural with my stomach.

Although I don't think its really a low carb dinner as for dinner today I had beef tacos with about 4 corn tortillas, which is around maybe 300 calories worth of corn.

I ate my fill of meat (around 280 grams), and then all those corn tortillas, yet I was STILL hungry, and my stomach couldn't handle any more protein and carbs. I for sure needed more fat with my meal, which I only found out after first experimenting with a sugared milk coffee, which wasn't making me feel any better. I then tried ice cream, but while it was fatty, the high sugar content was not making me feel any better.

I then realized that milk and sugar was not going to make me feel better, and my stomach was too full for any more meat or carbs, so I reasoned that I must need more fat, since I distinctly had hunger signals coming from my stomach.

I thought about drinking some butter, but that sounded absolutely repulsive, so then I thought about sour cream, and how that could be tasty with some celery.

So I went and bought some sour cream, and ate it with some celery, and my stomach felt much better, very satiated, and the sour cream also tasted delicious, and I subsequently passed a bowel movement and I feel very at ease now.

So I definitely need sufficient fat with each meal, and that's why I feel so good with my lunch (buttered toast), but my dinners and pre-bed meals have been lacking in producing sound sleep, because I have not been consuming enough fat in the evening.

Edit: the sour cream was good, but I was getting sick of it yet still not completely satisfied. So I proceeded to eat some guacamole, which has also been delicious. My stomach is still not hundred percent good, but I had to ration the guacamole to other family members, and could not indulge to as much as I’d like. I will probably be including sour cream and guacamole in my daily diet from here on out.

Yes. I feel it's much more potent than my experience with androsterone. The anti-cortisol and pro-dopamine effect are very good and potent.

I want to know if anyone has successfully boosted and maintained high androgens naturally without hormonal assistance such as DHEA, DHT, T, pregnenolone etc.

I fully understand that these things can drastically improve your sense of well being, confidence, assertiveness and energy. Im asking because Im willing to do what it takes to achieve optimal hormonal health even if it takes MUCH LONGER without hormonal support. I still need to run more extensive labs on myself to see what my deficiencies are but I'd like to know which members on this forum have done so.

Im also very intrigued with the endocrine system and will be going to school for endocrinology.

I would love to have practical advice for my future patients on how to cure various ailments.

If you have labs to prove it that would be awesome but if you don't anecdotal evidence/experience is also welcome as I understand these things cost money.

Thanks guys and gals!

The absolute best natural product (well, pseudo-natural product, it has Arimistane) I have used to increase Androgens is Thor's Hammer by Todd Lee M.D.
He is a bodybuilder, but also a medical doctor and biochemist.
He created a line of products for himself to help him compete, but then started offering it to the public.

Thor's Hammer is a natural test booster.
It has two separate supplements.
One is Vitamin D and Sodium D-Aspartic Acid for boosting testosterone.
The other is pretty much aromatase inhibitors and antioxidants and improves blood flow, so Viagra like effects while minimizing cortisol and estrogen.

Since it is for bodybuilding it is supposed to improve your "pump" in the gym and there are other ingredients in there that "turn on" the androgen receptors, so that you actually use all your increased testosterone from the sodium DAA.

I took it for 6 months straight and it gave me androgen-like aggression and concrete boners like never before.

Agreed, I’m currently taking 15 milligrams a day of zinc picclionate. I’m going to do another lab on DHT before the end of December to see if zinc specifically has provided any benefit as that is the only supplement I’ve added since my last blood test.

Cheers bro

Thanks for the reply

I can't wait to see your result!!!
