@Runenight201 I love potatoes but because they satiate me like no other food can besides steak. The key to making them easily digestible for me at least is poking holes in them with a fork, putting them in the microwave for 5-7 minutes depending on how many you make, slicing them into wedges. The wedges should already be cooked but now you put the wedges on the pan with butter once they are nice and toasty/burnt they should be ready to eat but I salt them up a decent amount. There you go! I use petite red potatoes because I find they are the least dry of all the white potatoe variations.
