I want to know if anyone has successfully boosted and maintained high androgens naturally without hormonal assistance such as DHEA, DHT, T, pregnenolone etc.

I fully understand that these things can drastically improve your sense of well being, confidence, assertiveness and energy. Im asking because Im willing to do what it takes to achieve optimal hormonal health even if it takes MUCH LONGER without hormonal support. I still need to run more extensive labs on myself to see what my deficiencies are but I'd like to know which members on this forum have done so.

Im also very intrigued with the endocrine system and will be going to school for endocrinology.

I would love to have practical advice for my future patients on how to cure various ailments.

If you have labs to prove it that would be awesome but if you don't anecdotal evidence/experience is also welcome as I understand these things cost money.

30 mg zinc gluconate daily. Improves confidence, well-being, erections, energy, etc. Zinc is a well known androgen booster.

Agreed, I’m currently taking 15 milligrams a day of zinc picclionate. I’m going to do another lab on DHT before the end of December to see if zinc specifically has provided any benefit as that is the only supplement I’ve added since my last blood test.

Also do you find gluconate to be the most potent form of zinc?
I don't know if it's the most potent, I've tried zinc picolinate too and they both work. However, gluconate seem to be the safest zinc and have the lowest probabilty of lead contamination.

What worked for me:

1) adequate fat about 40%of calories from beef tallow, cocoa butter, coconut oil (not as much coconut oil)

2) adequate carbs about 40% of calroies as sugar from mostly fruit juice and some fruit

3) adequate protein @ about 20% of calories for .7-.8g/lb of bodyweight from animal sources mainly beef and seafood. I dont do well with dairy, gave me weight gain, mild gyno, bacne, loss of libido and decreased motivation. I experimented with it for a year using all different types. Raw goat milk faired the best overall but in the long run still messed me up. Could have been a quantity thing tho as i drank half a gallon.

4) adequate calories, I used the katch-mcardle formula with activity multipliers to start for a baseline and adjusted from there

5) low fiber diet helped alot for me

6) supps of mag, calcium, zinc, vit c, energin, vit E from health natura, tocovit, vit d3, vit k

7) weight training but not to exhaustion. I have never done cardio

8) red light

9) adequate sleep, about 8 hours a night (this is a hard one for me)

10) no porn, no masturbation, only sex amd try to limit cumming only once a week i.e. sex without ejaculation

11) meditation and then body awareness throughout the day to avoid excessive tension and stress

8+ hours sleep training two day a week heavy short intense. Calorie surplus. Gelatin vitamin a e d k energin just enough to stop deficiencies taurine. Potatoes apples seedless fruit oj raw milk eggs steak oysters cheese avoid pufa cook prepare food in bison tallow or butter. Avoid fasting now plenty of carbs sugar and high quality nutrient dence foods especially potatoes and milk as it has dramatically increased strength plenty of coffee

Thanks for your input! I think sleeping enough and not wanking your willy help you to stay consistent with everything else since you have a good base of energy to work with.

I haven’t tried raw milk yet but I have been drinking A2 milk from the grocery store and damn it tastes so much better IMO! What is your workout like? Mine is upper/lower on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Chest/shoulder Tuesday back/legs Thursday light accessory work Sunday those are days I'm free and I can spend all day eating and resting. Lift heavy all workout with a few sets at end of sessions light movements like lateral raises chest flies leg extensions hamstring curls 70% powerlifting 30 bodybuilding

Local farm tallow however when it's not available I use epic brand tallow butter is still my favorite to cook with
