I stopped using shampoo, it doesn’t make sense to degrease the hair then buy oil to put back in, it makes sense for business though.

Washing hair and squeezing oil out with hands and hot water works fine.
I agree with this, I do a lot of yard work right now tho so I get like motor oil or bits of weeds into my hair.

Considering this shea shampoo for when i really have to have soap for my hair

What's the reason for the switch?
I have cotton as well, I think it's not as wicking/cooling

For the odor and perhaps underaible particles and substances making contact with body from synthetics.

Hemp is superior in the wicking/ cooling department above all, except the cuts and styles are generally terrible.

I need underarmour to make a hemp shirt. :smokingweed

I will have to ponder that, maybe look into the substances in case it gives xenoestrogens

Soap is unnecessary. I sweat a lot and don’t use soap and nobody would know. It is really just a habit to use soap. It isn’t healthy.
