The assessmemt starts at 6:45.

Guy has a myostatin-deficiency, has deadlifted 500kg in 2015 and is 6'3.
Also a professional Strongman and like other Strongman, he has a very 'robust' diet ;)

He did an Intestinal Barrier Assessment and he had high Histamins; also tested his gutbacteria, virus and fungui status; and horomone bloodwork. There may be something I missed but overall he did a multitude of blood tests, if you know where to look this should be interesting for you.

I like Eddie. He eats a shitload of PUFA so not surprisingly his LDL is through the roof. Sadly they don't talk about any hormones. He'll be on steroids like all the strongmen but still it would be interesting to see prolactin cortisol etc. Doctor's advice of eat more vegetables, fish oil and take DAO is terrible.

He doesn't, the SNP which Muhdo (the company he tested with) used to determine that was rs3791783, which has no effect on muscle mass, there is no journal online that found a correlation between that SNP and muscle growth. All that SNP did was make it easier for Eddie to gain fat weight easily, remember, MSTN controls not only muscle mass, but also how easy you can gain fat (along with FTO) and how dense your bones can get.
