Blood Testing For Iron

what blood test should i get and what ranges need to know to find if i should give blood or not.

I had a test called Iron, Comprehensive Panel-
Includes:
total iron binding capacity
unsaturated iron binding capacity
iron, serum
% saturation
ferritin
I was looking at ferritin, mine was 260+ before I started to donate blood.

You can search the forum, it has been discussed before. I'm not exactly sure, from what I've read, I aim for 30-50 ferritin. I am going in for a ferritin test before I give blood again, to check my level. I've also seen % saturation < 25% is desirable as well.
