Had blood test , vitamin d was very high 500 nmol/L (50-174) I haven't had much sun recently or taken supplements for a while but when I was taking supplements I was taking 50,000 iu daily so not surprised its high, how do I lower this level just stay away from vitamin d ? Surly having it this high isn't good for me?

Also Serum inorganic phosphate is low 0.69 mmol/L (0.80-1.50) what's this mean?

And ferritin was 299 ug/L (30-400) too high?

Above 375 nmol/L seems to be risk for Vitamin D toxicity in a few sources I've read. Main cause too much supplementing.

Though sometimes elevated Vit D can be falsely elevated from rare conditions. You probably - too much supplementing.

Serum ferritin elevated.

Transient elevation maybe inflammation, infection, or liver getting backed up. Taurine will bring down if liver related.

Best to keep it below 150ng/ml.

Do you have a more complete lab results list and any symptoms?
