Any thoughts on these results?

TSH: 1.51 mU/L
Free T4: 12.7 pmol/L

Vitamin D: 39 nmol/L

Also, can anyone in the UK - particularly Scotland - vouch for any blood work companies? I'd like to get my testosterone measured especially, not to mention prolactin and cortisol, but my doctor will not help with this.
