I think I remember ray saying in a audio interview that people with anxiety issues often have high levels of endotoxin in their blood. It was a while ago when I listened to the interview so Im not positive if that is exactly what he said. But... is there a blood test for endotoxin?

I remember that interview and that has helped me a lot in rationalizing
not to be stressed about anything. He mentioned that stress hormones
induced by mental agitation lowers the blood supply to intestine and
that weakens the barrier, which allows endotoxin to enter the blood stream
I do not remember if he specifically mentioned coritsol and adrenaline
causing this or any stress hormone. He did mention in other places that
high cortisol increases blood supply to important organs to maintain core
temperature and cut down supply to other not so important organs.
This is why people often have normal oral temperature with cold extremities
when cortisol is high. Cortisol also selectively blocks burning of sugar.
if gut is very healthy then exndotoxin can not do much harm and if liver is very
efficient then endotoxin can not do much even after it enters the blood stream.
There is a good reason not to be angry or agitated if we want to stay healthy
