This is the 2nd time Nutricost has shipped inferior bilberry.
There are two main types of bilberry extract, one is 10:1 and the other is 4:1. For some needing the relief for the eyes, the 10:1 extract is the potent one.
Nutricost for a while was shipping the 10:1 but recently I received a container that had 4:1. They accepted my complaint and sent me the right one, but required that I returned the wrong one. I should not have to get into my car and drive to a UPS drop off location because they made a mistake.
They have done this twice now.
Here is photograph of the two types side by side. I may put a video on Youtube and if so I will come back and put the link in this post.
The one on the left is the darker and potent extract. It increases the strength of the capillaries in the eye. The one on the right might as well be some sugar candy.
