Betamethasone alternative

Hello. Is there any natural alternative to betamethasone (flusteron). I am 34 years old rheumatoid arthritis and I experience dramatic change when I got muscle injection of flusteron. Not only in terms of joint pain but most important in overall well-being. Nose which is usually blocked - is completely cleared and I can breath freely. Also I got huge appetite boost. Basically I can eat whatever I want without any stomach discomfort after that. Which is also very important for me because I need to gain weight.

So is there anything that I can use for betamethasone substitute without the long term side effects which we all know.
