I have an unproven, recently inspired idea if you want to be my Guinea pig. All responsibility of ill effects is on you and this isn't medical advice.
Stop all fluoride. No tap water, no bottled drinks, no eating out at restaurants that use water to cook, no fluoride toothpaste, filtered water to shower and if you are in tap water a lot, consider a whole house filter.
Distillation removes most of fluoride and so does RO, but RO plus deionization removes the most, can find on Amazon. Berkey with fluoride filters also works.
It's an unproven theory with loose fitting ends but I'd try it if I had your issue. Skull of balding Men was discovered to be calcified!

Boron, selenium, magnesium and iodine should help get rid of the fluoride in your body. I'd get them from whole foods, raisins for boron, seafood for selenium, milk oj and kale for magnesium, and seaweed + seafood for iodine.
