Is there a better time of day to take aspirin?

For example, does anyone find that it helps with sleep, or, that it causes lighter sleep?

Or is it energising so good with breakfast?

thanks!

I remember it being recommended at bedtime to help with sleep. However, it can increase metabolism. I also remember reading somewhere? about taking it at bedtime since stress hormones rise at night. IIRC there is a higher occurrence of stroke in the night or early morning hours.

Also, just remembered VoS recommending it first thing in the morning and throughout the day for uncoupling?

For various reasons, it will be safer to take it later in the day like in the afternoon/evening ( however, its anticoagulant properties are at their highest potential in the evening...so, for someone who still get side effects (like bleeding) from aspirin, taking it around 12H00~ 13h00 would probably be a better choice :2cents .)
Less (maybe hypothetical but still strongly plausible) gastric irritation being one of them. And anything that could irritate the gastric mucosa is likely to cause digestive issues in the lower part of the GI tract and thus negatively impacting the whole body.
