Amazing, thanks. Any idea where I can get the 4 herbs in one product? Much appreciated!
I asked to a reliable compounding pharmacy here in France.
But any compounding pharmacy can do it as long as you know the source of their raw material since herbs can be contaminated by environmental polluants as well as irradiated.

Really hard to find a reliable compound pharmacy in the UK. If you have any suggestions or you could sell me one, let me know :)

Wim Hof method man, it will give you a major release of stress hormones and over time as you keep doing it your stress response to not only that but to other stressors will become less and less.

Beating anxiety is all about exposure therapy, focusing on stress-reducing tactics will paradoxically just make you more sensitive to stress and more likely to experience performance anxiety.

I talk on the phone for work and I get performance anxiety every day. I'm also a former performing musician (amateur but still). My main social group is a bunch of insecure but hilarious 20-30 somethings that formed a theater company. I can't escape performance pressure save for running off into the woods to live a recluse's life.

You should try to get your hands on some propranolol if you can. My girlfriend was prescribed some yesterday and started on it. She's sort of a performer, too, but she said it made her dizzy. I took it and it was a small miracle the relief I got from it, most notably muscular tension was reduced all over. Not sure the exact dosage I took, it's an orange pill that I quartered and took two quarters of. That swarming sensation in the brain you might call brain fog disappeared, and the verbal delirium I'm usually trapped in melted away. My field of vision expanded, my tongue loosened and talking became less burdensome. This was just last night before bed. I woke up tired but not delirious and despondent like usual.

Clonidine is ok. I made a strong push with it recently but it didn't help with performance anxiety.

Cyproheptadine might be useful but it just zonks me out.

Propranolol is really interesting. I smoke a lot of pot for the anxiolytic effects and I don't have nearly as strong cravings for it today as I normally would.

Edit: Phenibut is great, too, for what you're after, from what I remember from taking it myself but I worry about its addictive potential and any rebound effects. Xanax is ok but same problem.

thanks man, do you think that propranolol could work also with sexual performance anxiety? I mean, in cases where there are more psychological than physical symptoms

Funny you ask!

I don't make much of a distinction between physical and psychological in practice.

From my physical sense of things does my psychological footing come.

That's a metaphor but there's a lot of truth to feeling grounded aka feeling confident and your sense of confidence in your standing, literally in the way your legs carry your body. I mentioned it a couple times in recent posts but the tradition of body psychotherapy that Reich started is huge for you to get into if you have concerns about your sexuality. Lowen, one of his successors, literally stated that as blood flow to the genitals increase, so does blood flow to the brain. Look it up. I can provide links if need be.

My performance improved, not only from an anxiety standpoint, but blood flow and sensation were MUCH better.

I was more impressed by the physical change tbh, they were confident-inducing, period. I understand sexual performance anxiety too well. Ever since I starting getting interested in girls, I've been nervous around them, and have been pre-mature to finish, drinking alcohol to numb the sensation.

I haven't studied the other posts in here, just glanced through, but I would look into some of the suggestions mentioned about managing your stress. I hope that's not condescending, I may be misrepresenting their views.

The willful management of your state of mind is crucial to performance of any kind. But willpower is an abundant resource, able to be plucked from thin air without anyone's permission. The pharmacological intervention is to make things easier. Or to turn what seems impossible into a possibility again. Sometimes things really are impossible without a strong tool.

Imagine using your hands to dig a hole that you would use a shovel for. It'll get done but your hands will be bloody and you'll never want to dig a hole again. Enter the shovel, propranolol, to make the task feasible AND enjoyable.

Viagra will work right away performance anxiety or not. Then that will help your confidence. I use phenibut and its awesome for mood and anxiety, never more than twice a week.

Take 1 hour before with or without food and even a couple drinks of alchohol would help too. (Or phenibut)

anxiety is a "mental issue" and since it is performance anxiety before an encounter is a "male issue" --> easy peasy double posting

that being said, do you have any experience with propranolol?
Propranolol is the go to for professionals. It works, never experienced side effects except confidence and very successfull performances Also used Phenibut with great success. In fact the best days of my life in the past 4 years have been Phenibut days.

High dose taurine really NUKES anxiety ( thanks Lozko)
How many grams? I've tried taurine in the past at low doses but after I while I've experienced dry skin. It's a potential side effect of taurine? Maybe it lowered estrogen too much

If it is about sexual performance anxiety - if you are able to hold a conversation or are excited but not overly nervous like in a panic state - then face it and focus on the experience, the sensation of touch, turn down the tempo, let things unfold, forget about your ****, it is your experience - when you enjoy the sensations, you will automatically calm down and your brain shuts down and stops punishing you to perform a porn scene or some other bull**** from your mind. When you are in the act, embraced with your "animal" brain there is no anxiety. Try to focus on the first thing that you enjoy. This is your first step telling your brain to ease into enjoyment, away from performance and acting and must and pressure.

If you have general tension - incorporate more thiamine with magnesium - this raises your natural gaba and you should feel more relaxed in general. And if it is a problem coming from porn use - you know already what to do. Focus on your physical pleasure not the pictures and sequences you trained your brain to feel arousal to.

It takes time but it is worth it. Sex is enjoyable not a ****** duty. The fastest way out of this mental brakes on spiral is to allow yourself / be completely ok with cuming when you feel so. No holding back or thinking about oh no - tensing up etc.. Just enjoy it and do not punish yourself for it. Carry on, focus on your partner and see if you're becoming horny again for the next round. Man always taking all those pills and meds for the most natural thing in the world... be ok with yourself, you don't have to impress anyone, if they cannot accept your way of your own enjoyment then to hell with them, find another one, don't think you are alone with this.. your enjoyment of the moment has to come first, it directly reflects on to your partner, when you enjoy it - your partner will automatically. yes it takes guts first but you will be better of in the future, making you not dependent on any substance because your are confident about that you are not a machine and that is a good thing. **** all this twisted requirements..
all the best
