seen brewers yeast recommended a lot recently.. Is there any particular one we should consume? Sure i've seen the recommendation to go for one that is grown on sugar beets, any ideas for here in the uk?
Also are these mushrooms okay? the only thing is, no way will i be cooking them for like 3 hours which i've seen recommended here.. more like 30 -60 mins.
