Best OTC Progesterone to buy?

Progest-e? Healthnatura? Onas Natural?

2) If one wanted to use Progesterone rectally (i.e oil placed into gelatin capsules and inserted) is there one progesterone that would be better than another?

I agree, both Progest-e and Idealabs. The Ona’s is interesting but not sure about the ingredients in the cream. I prefer oral use by rubbing on the gums and vaginal use. Both methods don’t lend themselves to a cream. Thus, it might be important to know how you want to use progesterone.
