In addition to blood work, what do you guys think are useful measurements for understanding a person's personal health situation and context. This can be for somebody who is an athlete or average person.
I was thinking blood glucose monitors to help understand insulin sensitivity and blood glucose control, heart rate variability monitors to get an idea of nervous system recovery from workouts, saliva cortisol tests, genetic testing, hair testing, and different body scans to judge fat/lean tissue mass.
Any other good ideas as to what a person can get?
Thanks.
