Best And Cheapest Option For Full Thyroid Panel

I've had it with doctors only testing TSH and maybe T4. I'm looking to pay out of pocket to have a more complete thyroid panel testing.

My question is what do you folks suggest as the cheapest option out there?

Looking to test:
TSH
Free T3/T4
Total T3/T4
RT3
Thyroglobulin Antibody
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody

Life Extension has this one:

Anyone know if that's the cheapest I'm gonna find?

Thank you, this is great but I also need to test TPO Antibodies, TGA, etc.

I tested positive for TPO Antibodies in the past, but the hospital does not give you a number value, only positive or negative, so I want to know that number as well as other things.
