I met with and endo and they found my tsh to be slightly high as 3.3. So I was prescribed Armour thyroid at a dose of 15mg.

I suffer from chronic depression, anxiety, fatigue, and suicidal thoughts.

Will lowering my tsh improve my symptoms and my mental clarity? Thanks.

Hard to predict but hypothyroidism is heavily associated with depression and brain fog.
If you do a quick search on the forum you will likely find that the effects of hypothyroidism are one of the main causes of the cascade responsible for depression (high prolactin, estrogen, serotonin, cortisol etc and low dopamine, pregnenolone, androgens etc).
There also lots of posts here about others helpful chemicals, like vitamin E, aspirin, thiamine, magnesium, zinc etc
Thiamine and raising dopamine are quite helpful for brain fog

I can also attest that it can have nothing to so with TSH. I have low TSH (0.98), yet I had some of those symptoms. I think gut issues can also seriously mess with mood and energy.
