This is a positive development, I believe something similar has happened in Finland.
It’s possible the government may continue the lockdowns and pay the 5,000 euro fine per day, it’s clear most nations have lost respect for the taxpayer.

The Belgian State has been ordered to lift “all coronavirus measures” within 30 days, as the legal basis for them is insufficient, a Brussels court ruled on Wednesday.

The League for Human Rights had filed the lawsuit several weeks ago and challenged Belgium’s system of implementing the measures using Ministerial Decrees, which means it is done without any input from parliament.

The judge gave the Belgian State 30 days to provide a sound legal basis, or face a penalty of €5,000 per day that this period is exceeded, with a maximum limit of €200,000, reports Le Soir.

Great News, thanks for the heads-up!

So they are putting penalties on the government which is paid by the citizens at the end only to end the isolation of the citizens.

The difference in Finland is they have not had any lockdowns. The government had planned to start them about now but that's been stopped by the constitutional law committee. Finland’s govt backs down on plan to lock city dwellers in their homes as proposed anti-Covid measures deemed unconstitutional

Matt Hancock the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care in the UK has been summoned to the High Court. Matt Hancock summoned to High Court over hospitality legal challenge

Definitely good news. Maybe it emboldens other countries to follow suit?

Currently a media blackout elsewhere so I doubt it ,this has been the norm for over year since the hysteria started, Sweden for example didn’t exist at one point in the media, it still doesn’t to be fair.

Yep, which is why they will probably pay it, politicians have lost it globally, they are at war with their own citizens in their minds.

This would explain why Finland hasn’t been in the global MSM much either, another example of how fraudulent lockdowns are, the covid cult wont be told other wise at this point, they are pathological.
